Elton John... Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

Elton John.  He is my #1 inspirations musically and lyrically.  I started a project with a sketchbook that will be full of ink drawings/washes of the people that inspire me.  Naturally, the King of Pop had to go 1st.

Nature's Lullaby

I met an artist today... Jeff Eckert.  He inspired me to sketch this.  I call it. "Nature's Lullaby"

Candle in the Wind

In black Acrylic.  My final project from Art 1.  paying homage to the beautiful tragic Monroe.

Goodbye Norma Jean
Though I never knew you at all
You had the grace to hold yourself
While those around you crawled
Goodbye Norma Jean
From the young man in the 22nd row
Who sees you as something more than sexual
More than just our Marilyn Monroe
      -Elton John

Passion of the Christ

In Charcoal.  I awoke one sunday morning to church bells and this spewed out of my charcoal pencil.  Question mark?
